WHERE DO THE PROGRAMMES TAKE PLACE?

At the Jenkins Centre in Leicester, near the City Centre which is easily accessible. Full details will be confirmed at assessment stage. We deliver our support on-line and face-to-face.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE PROGRAMME TAKE UP?

It depends on the programme but typically on a Tuesday or a Thursday evening. Each session lasts 2.5 hours.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE PART IN GROUP SESSIONS?

Yes, we can only offer individual sessions where we consider it is not suitable to attend a group work programme.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF SESSIONS I CAN MISS?

Two where there is a valid reason that you are unable to attend. If you miss any more sessions you’ll be removed from the programme.

CAN THE JENKINS CENTRE WRITE ME A COURT LETTER?

No.

WILL MY PARTNER HAVE ANY INVOLVEMENT IN THE SESSION?

Your partner can be informed about the weekly topic of sessions, but otherwise, this is about you as an individual rather than you as one half of a couple. Partners can receive emotional support from our Partner Support Workers.

WILL THE PROGRAMME TAKE INTO ACCOUNT MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AND CULTURAL HERITAGE?

Yes. All our programmes are designed to be adapted to people of any background or religion. If you have any specific questions, please contact us.

WHAT IF ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE?

Where we are not able to meet your language needs then we may be able to support you through an interpreter if this is considered as appropriate.
